Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposit is not required for airport transfers.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
When do I pay?
We need your credit card at the time of booking. We will charge it on the day of service.
What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel sedan airport reservation 2 hours before scheduled pick up (or flight arrival) time. For
stretch limousine airport pickups we require 24 hour notice.
Is there a fee for an extra stop?
A minimum fee for an extra stop is $15.00 depending on mileage for all airport and point to point
services.
What is standard gratuity?
20%
Is there a late night/early morning fee?
Yes. $15 charge for sedans and $20 for stretch limos are added for all pick ups between midnight and
5am.
How long do you wait at the airport after the flight has landed?
We wait for 1 hour after the flight has landed. If you have issues with collecting luggage, please let us
know that you need additional time.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every arriving flight and there is no need to inform us on a delay. However, if you come on a
different flight, please let us know.
Is smoking allowed?
No, all of our limousines are non-smoking.
Do you charge for waiting time?
15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time are free. Then there is a $1 to $3 per minute charge
depending on which limousine you have reserved.
What is Meet and Greet?
For additional fee of $25 our driver will meet you inside the airport with the sign displaying your name.
For domestic arrivals, the chauffeur will greet you in the baggage claim, for international arrivals –
outside of custom exit.
Why is it cheaper to book online?
$3 booking fee is waived in all online bookings
Is a car seat required in a limousine?
Yes, for their safety, infants and children must ride in a car seat.
No, we do not provide or store car seats. Customers must bring their own.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

When do I book a limo for my prom or homecoming?
Reserve your limousine as soon as you have a date and time of your prom or homecoming. Availability is always limited during the most popular months, so remember to book early!
What is a time split?
With a 4 hour rental you can use a limo, for example, 2 hours before the prom and 2 hours after the prom (you can split time in 1h and 3h, but is has to be at least 1 hour for each part of the ride). You will not be charged for a time you are at the prom/homecoming.
Can I cancel a prom & homecoming booking?
Prom & homecomings rental must be cancelled 30 days before the event, however the deposit paid at the time of booking is not refundable.
Is there a minimum hourly requirement?
Minimum hourly rental starts at 4 hours.

Can I eat in the limo?
You are welcome to enjoy refreshments, but food is not allowed.
